This week, we're revisiting an earlier solo episode of Her Leading Story.  I'll be digging a little deeper into some journaling and reflection exercises that will help you tune into yourself, to point the way to your next best career move.
In this episode, I discuss:
How many of us are socialized to achieve and "climb the ladder"...  but how we can end up at mid-career doing work we don't truly find fulfilling.
Using the "decades" exercise for self-reflection to identify lifelong interests and patterns.
Paying attention to "energy and flow" to pinpoint activities and work aspects that energize you...as well as those that leave you feeling drained.
Let's dive back into these exercises together.
